Become an Annual Zoo Member!
Zoo memberships sustain the zoo’s operations for animals, staff and visiting public. Annual members enjoy many perks including entry year round during open zoo hours plus options for guests, grandparents, behind-the-scenes and zoo updates. We also have monthly member appreciation events!
Free Summer Shuttle
We have a FREE shuttle operating Tuesdays through Saturdays from May 22 through August 8, 2026. There is no service on Sundays or Mondays. See times and all details on our shuttle page. Online reservations are REQUIRED.

$25 Non-resident adult (age 16+)
$18 AK resident adult (age 16+, official AK ID only)
$16 Senior (65+) or military adult w/proof of service
$12 Youth (age 3-15)
Moms FREE on May 10th - Bear Aware Mother’s Day Event.

Policies:
Ages 16 and older may visit the zoo on their own. Youth ages 15 and under must have an adult present. Service fees applied to ticket purchases online. Businesses, tour providers and community organizations with 30 or more guests can submit a group rate request form. If approved, your group will receive 20% off entry fees. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be applied to memberships. Show TourSaver coupons to redeem.
