Community Donation Requests
The Alaska Zoo is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to our community. We encourage those who meet the criteria listed below to request a donation that will benefit our Alaskan community. The zoo offers four (4) admission tickets per each fulfilled donation with a retail value of $80.00.
If your request is approved, tickets will be emailed to you. Due to the volume of requests we receive each month, we may not be able to respond to every request we receive. We do not take phone or email requests. We will only reply to requests submitted through our “Community Donation Request” form on this page below. Please review our criteria before you complete the form.
Criteria for Consideration
Requesting organization must be a 501c(3) non-profit or K-12 school for fundraising/education purposes.
Priority will be given to organizations with an educational, conservation or charitable mission.
Organization must be located within the State of Alaska.
Requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days in advance of the event date.
Organizations who receive a donation will only be entitled to receive one (1) donation per calendar year.
An official letter of request which includes organization logo/letterhead. This should be sent directly to office@alaskazoo.org.
