Are you planning to attend Zoo Boo on Halloween for some awesome trick-or-treating with your family or friends? If so, we will help you prepare!

We will have trick-or-treat stations set up along trails throughout the zoo. While we will have some trail lights on, many visitors find it helpful to bring headlamps or flashlights.

We are often asked if visitors should bring anything to tow their little goblins and ghouls around the zoo. Visitors cannot bring any motorized vehicles on zoo trails, however you are welcome to bring a stroller or wagon or even a sled if we have snow. This will make it easier to transport your tired trick-or-treaters through the trails.

Costumes, fanfare, creativity - come in costume to celebrate this event and the fun spirit of Halloween! Just remember that temperatures will be chilly as is customary at this time of year, so please think ahead and find ways to wear your warm gear with your costume. This is especially important for the little one who often lose body heat quickly.

A camera - feel free to bring your camera and tripod to stage photos with our decorations and lights. Visitors often find a tripod especially useful given the darker conditions.

Also, if you buy your tickets online, please print the tickets with the bar codes and bring those with you to the event.
