Update as of November 30th: Due to recent natural events, Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and Black Sheep Bowmen Archery Club will be unable to attend this year's Scout Day. Thank you for understanding and we hope you will still join us for this fun event tomorrow, Saturday, December 1st, from 12PM to 3PM at the Alaska Zoo.

Join the Alaska Zoo for Scout Day on Saturday, December 1st from 12pm to 3pm to celebrate Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and American Heritage Girls!

The zoo will be filled with fun activities including archery, fly tying, animal encounters, DIY survival fire starters and a scavenger hunt. Crafts and games will get Scouts having fun while working towards badge and patch materials.

This event is FREE with paid admission to the zoo, and membership use does apply! If your membership to the zoo has expired or you would like to become a member, click here to purchase or renew online!

Registration is not required, so get all your friends together and have a wild time here at the Alaska Zoo. Hope to see you there!

If you have any questions or concerns in regards to this event, please contact our Camp Coordinator, Emily Miller at 907-341-6432 or camp@alaskazoo.org.
